As envisaged in SSA, a proper fund flow system has been established in Mizoram.
All the SSA funds transferred from Govt. of India and State Govt. are
transferred to the District level Society that are further transferred/released
to respective implementing agencies in intervention wise.
As provided
in the Mizoram SSA (Constitution, Functions & Powers of DEC, CEC & VEC)
Regulations 2002, each and every management unit has its own joint bank account
jointly operated by Chairman and Member Secretary of each committee. The
following chart depicts the fund flow system under SSA Mission.
